The staff of Iowa Land Management and Real Estate Company has been conducting business out of our current office at 415 A Avenue in Vinton, Iowa since the 1970s.
The name was changed in 2005, but the personnel, policies, and commitment to great service has remained the same since.

Navy veteran and licensed real estate broker who took ownership of the company in 2022. Jeremy raises corn, soybeans and hogs near Dysart and has managed his own farm for more than 15 years, so he looks at every lease and sale from the owner’s side. He brings expertise in conservation programs, precision agronomy and the Conservation Farm Lease he developed.

Jim’s extensive experience as a farm manager and ag lender over the past 35 years positions him as a seasoned professional in the agricultural industry. Jim has developed a deep understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of farm management.

Curt grew up on a crop and livestock farm near Stacyville, IA. He is a 1994 graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Business. His 25 years of investing in both farmland and residential real estate have provided the experience needed to locate and analyze opportunities.
